DON'T BE FOOLED..
they created a site, that gives them the full opportunity to hide your profile or pictures, for completely unacceptable reasons.

I have forwarded my reasons to Paypal, and got the full refund.. They were given the time limit to protest the refund, and they never did.. During the same time, they stopped me access to my platform and data. I requested a full confirmation that my data is deleted, as it is required by the new Laws and Regulation, and here below what [NAME REDACTED] says.. He feels being entitled to keep my datas, out of his frustration, of the fact that I got a refund... And then provided excuses of being in dispute with Paypal. As a professional he should have known that once a dispute is closed by Paypal, this could not be re-opened.. They never even bothered to respond to Paypal...

And now... he expects me to give him a copy of passport... AS IF..

Be warn.. don't give your data and your family pictures...as clearly they use it on the various sites, indicated by the other member...

IF MY PICTURES WERE NOT TO THEIR RULES.. THEN PAYPAL WOULD HAVE NEVER REFUNDED ME... I PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF OTHER MEMBERS THAT THEIR PICTURES WERE FULLY SHOWING... AND I HAD PROVIDED 3 PICTURES WITH CLEAR HEAD AND SHOULDER AS THEY ASK.. ALL THAT IS BOGUS AS THEY KNEW THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO RENEW.. FROM DAY FIRST.. SINCE I HAD STOP THE RENEWAL WITH PAYPAL.. AND IN FACT MY PROFILE WAS NOT SHOWING AT ALL... AND THE PICTURES EVEN UNTIL THE LAST DAY. MEMBERS WERE INDICATING THAT THEY COULD NOT VIEW MY PICTURES AL ALL. IT IS SAD HOW EASILY IN A DESPERATE MODE THEY TRY TO QUITE FRANKLY CON PEOPLE WITH EASY , HASSLE FREE FUNDS THROUGH SUBSCRIPTIONS..AND IN MANY CASES WITHOUT MEMBERS KNOWLEDGE..

In the first instance your photographs were rejected for primary use as they did not meet our standards. When this was explained to you, your response was hostile and totally out of proportion to our explanation and request that you correct the situation by uploading a photo of better image quality.

You then demanded a refund which legally you were not entitled to because you had already used the service (by sending messages to other members) and your requested it after the 14 day cooling off period that the law stipulates.

We are now in dispute with PayPal because they have refunded your subscription without discussion with ourselves. We also consider you to have been in breach of our terms and conditions because we believe you may have given us false information when you joined the service, for example your name which we suspect may not be Jane Jones.

Therefore, given your breach of our service’s terms and conditions (which you agreed to abide by when you signed up to the service) and your highly aggressive and very threatening language used when corresponding with our support staff, in accordance with our terms and conditions and in order to protect our other users, we are not prepared to delete your personal data as we do not believe the data you gave us is valid.

Jane jones can request the deletion of her data, but in accordance with her rights, we would require proof that the data we hold relates to her and proof that such a request originates from her, such as a copy of her passport or other government issued proof of identity

In your last email to my support team you used the words “FALSE... AND DISHONEST AND ILLEGAL.” Judging by the evidence I can see I can only assume you were referring to your actions rather than ours – False name, dishonest individual, illegal withdrawal of payment.

We will hold the data we hold on Jane Jones as we are entitled to for 10 years in order to help prevent fraud and protect our other users.

I consider this matter closed. If Jane Jones wishes to take us to court we are happy to meet her there and defend our position and our decision to retain her data.
