Having used the site in the past and had a pleasant experience . I signed up again when I moved to Scotland . Only one member who was far from a match . I reported this , but knew I had lost my sub of £32. I canceled and moved on to another site with more Scotish users. I was shocked to find that another £32 has been in my eyes stolen from my account . I wrote yet another letter of complaint to be told that I am not entitled to a refund and did not cancel properly . But they kindly offered to cancel for me. No not kind , patronising reply got me frustrated to write this review In summary, I would not recommend Guardian Soulmates to a friend.
